For example: five screens cost A$58/month: the first four at A$12 each, plus one at A$10. On annual billing, that is A$580 paid upfront—not a flat A$10 rate for every screen.

Package storage is shared once per workspace and follows the highest screen band reached. No free hardware, unlimited-transfer allowance, 24/7 service-level commitment or unvalidated fleet-capacity guarantee is included. Large rollouts require an agreed capacity plan.

Playback features depend on the player. Timed takeovers and remote commands need a cloud connection; offline screens may keep cached content until reconnecting.

Can I try DisplayCloud first?

Request an assisted 30-day pilot trial with up to three screens and 10 GB of shared trial storage. No card is needed for the administrator-provisioned trial. We’ll confirm compatible hardware and availability before onboarding.

What counts as a screen?

One paired display is one screen allowance. Multiple HDMI sockets do not create multiple independent players. You can purchase spare allowances, but only paired devices count toward the live limit.

What happens if the internet drops out?

Players can continue previously downloaded images and videos. New content, live websites and remote changes need connectivity. This does not guarantee that a third-party web page or stream will work offline.

Is hardware included?

No. A dedicated player, SD card, power supply, enclosure, shipping and installation are quoted separately. The Android/Google TV app is a sideloaded pilot, not yet a public Play Store download.

What does annual billing mean?

You pay ten times the graduated monthly total upfront for twelve months of service. The calculator shows the annual amount and its monthly equivalent separately. Confirm the final service agreement before ordering.

Can existing customers keep their agreed pricing?

Yes. Existing subscription prices are not silently replaced by this catalogue. Changes to an existing subscription or purchased allowance are agreed with the operator first.
