Privacy information for the DisplayCloud public website and assisted pilot enquiries.

Who operates DisplayCloud?

DisplayCloud is operated by William James Finch, sole trader, ABN 62 691 525 173. For an access, correction, deletion or privacy request, contact admin@hypervisetechnology.com.au. Please do not email passwords or sensitive identity documents.

What this website collects

The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional organisation and phone, screen count, enquiry type and message. It records the time you consented to a response and whether you separately opted into product updates. Do not submit sensitive personal or customer information. Basic server logs and short-lived abuse controls help keep the site running.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to assess compatibility, respond to your request and discuss a pilot or quotation. Optional marketing consent is separate and unchecked by default. Submitting an enquiry does not create a subscription, charge your card or automatically add you to a mailing campaign.

Storage, cookies and hosting

Enquiries are stored in a private WordPress administrator inbox on our VPS; they are not published or dependent on an email being delivered. The current hosting is in the United States, so Australian data residency is not promised. Authorised operators and hosting services may process these details. We do not sell enquiry data.

The website uses functional cookies for form feedback and, if you sign in, WordPress sessions. Failed-form details are kept briefly so you can correct them. Rate controls use a keyed digest of the client address. No advertising tracker or analytics service has been added to this theme; fonts are served locally.

Retention and your choices

We keep information while it is needed for your enquiry, an agreed service or legal obligations. The operator reviews enquiry retention manually; there is no claim of automatic deletion after a fixed period. You can request access, correction, erasure or withdrawal of optional marketing consent using the contact above. We may need to confirm your authority before acting.

Portal and third-party content

The customer portal also stores account, workspace, uploaded content, device-status and activity data needed to run the service. Third-party sites, streams and embedded content have their own terms and privacy behaviour. Keep personal and confidential data off public-facing screens unless you have appropriate consent and controls.

Updated 27 October 2026. This notice describes the current pilot; we will review it as service providers and features change.
