Operator and availability

DisplayCloud is operated by William James Finch, sole trader, ABN 62 691 525 173. The service is in private pilot with assisted onboarding. An enquiry is not an accepted order. We confirm scope, equipment, price, availability, responsibilities and cancellation arrangements in writing before a paid engagement.

Published software catalogue

Rates are in AUD and inclusive of applicable tax. The operator is not currently registered for GST; GST is not represented as separately charged. Graduated monthly rates are A$12 for screens 1–4, A$10 for screens 5–24, A$8 for screens 25–99 and A$6 for screens 100–1,000. Earlier screens retain their band rate. Annual service costs ten times the monthly total, paid upfront for twelve months. Existing agreed subscription prices are not silently replaced.

Storage is shared once per workspace at 5 GB, 25 GB, 100 GB or 250 GB according to the highest band reached. Hardware, power supplies, storage cards, enclosures, shipping, installation and custom content are separate. No free hardware, unlimited media transfer, automatic OS updates or 24/7 SLA is included. Large deployments require a capacity agreement.

Pilot and compatibility

An assisted trial may be provisioned for 30 days, up to three screens and 10 GB shared storage, subject to compatibility and availability. No card is required for that trial. Pi and Android TV acceptance testing remains in progress; the TV app is sideloaded and not yet publicly distributed through Google Play.

Website embedding, login, video performance and network conditions vary by device and content. Original Zero W website support is experimental. Remote commands and new content require connectivity. Timed takeovers are cloud-dependent and not an emergency or safety-critical messaging system.

Content and service use

You remain responsible for rights to uploaded and third-party content, correct prices and information, and lawful display at your locations. Do not use the service for unlawful content or publish credentials or sensitive personal information. No broadcast or music licence is supplied.

Commercial launch gates

Public self-service payment is not currently enabled. Payment testing, verified recovery email, off-server backup replication, device-update acceptance and representative load testing remain launch work. Current backups share the VPS failure domain. No enterprise security certification or unvalidated fleet-capacity guarantee is made.

Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us about suitability, service issues or a proposed order before committing to a rollout.
