01 / Prepare
Bring your content together.
Upload JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4 or WebM files, or add a public HTTPS website. Use named folders, content-type filters and search to find what you need. Rename and organise an item without breaking its playlist references.
Use images or videos you own or have permission to show. DisplayCloud does not supply music, broadcast or third-party content licences.
02 / Programme
One image. Or a whole programme.
Assign a single media item for a static display, or build a playlist with ordered content and durations. Duplicate a playlist to make a location-specific version. Use dates, weekdays and priorities to plan what appears next.
Two-zone layouts support compatible media on newer players. Websites must allow embedding and may require player-local login.
03 / Publish
Pair it. Place it. Keep an eye on it.
Connect a compatible player and use its code or QR link to pair it with your workspace. Assign content, check its last contact and request a screenshot on supported players. Owners, editors and viewers have different access.
A timed playlist takeover temporarily replaces the normal programme on connected screens. It is not an emergency alert system: offline screens may keep the cached takeover until they reconnect.
04 / Keep improving
Make changes with context.
Check a searchable activity log, with an owner-only CSV export. Player refresh and restart actions require connectivity. The Pi player updater has signed-release and rollback tooling, but fleet rollout remains gated on physical pilot testing.
Software updates do not currently include unattended operating-system updates. Android TV distribution is a sideloaded pilot while Play Store publishing is prepared.
Start with a real-world pilot.
We confirm the hardware, content and network before onboarding. A 30-day assisted trial allows up to three screens and 10 GB of shared storage. No payment card is required for this administrator-provisioned trial.
